Brian S. Fox was born in Brooklyn, N.Y. and grew up in the Baltimore, Maryland area. He was admitted to practice by the Florida Bar in 1986, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida in 1987. He is a highly experienced trial lawyer who has devoted his practice to personal injury, medical and product liability litigation.
Brian joined Brotman, Nusbaum & Fox in 2001 following fourteen years as a defense lawyer and the founding partner and shareholder of a medical malpractice defense firm. He now devotes his practice exclusively helping the victims of medical, dental and nursing home malpractice and serious injuries resulting from automoble and trucking carelessness. Due to his involvement in biking and triathlons, Brian also has a special interest in representing athletes injured on the roadways and bike paths of South Florida.
Throughout his career, Brian has given liberally of his time and expertise to professional associations having served the South Palm Beach County Bar Association. He also has devoted time to the Florence Fuller Child Development Centers Plan Giving Board. He has been a frequent lecturer for continuing legal education courses for other members of the Florida Bar. He has published on the issues of damages and medical malpractice actions. Brian has achieved and retained the highest rating, "AV", by Martindale-Hubbell, which is an independent lawyer rating publication based upon peer review.
Brian’s personal interests include spending time with his wife, Diane and daughter Olivia. As an avid bicyclist, swimmer and plodder (runner) he also participates in many triathlon, running and bicycling events throughout the year. Brian's family resides in Boca Raton, Florida.
