The practice is devoted exclusively to the representation of injured persons and their families who have suffered an injury or death as a result of medical malpractice, nursing home violations, product liability or vehicular accidents.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our approach to our practice is a little different from that of other law firms. We do not take a lot of cases. We try to limit ourselves only to meritorious cases where people are seriously injured.
We believe in a hands-on approach to legal services. We understand the importance of each legal matter to individual client. Each matter is treated with the utmost dedication and attention. We have a recognized record of accepting referrals from other attorneys to assist them in the handling of complex and costly malpractice and complex automobile cases.
We spend a significant amount of time investigating it and making sure that the case is meritorious before we file suit in any case. We pride ourselves on being prepared to present the case at trial before we file suit. We want to be certain about facts and our theory of the case before the case is filed. This ensures that we are fully prepared and know our case better than the other side.
We also keep you abreast of your case. Communication with our clients is of the utmost importance. We feel the handling of any case is a partnership with our clients and so we take great efforts to make sure that they are fully informed. We send our clients copies of all significant letters, paper or pleading in the case. When things happen in the case, we make sure that our clients are informed. We ask that the clients do the same for us so that there are no surprises on either side. If our clients ever have a question concerning the meaning of anything that we send to them, they are encouraged to call us. Our clients are the heart and soul of our practice and their thoughts are very important to us. We know—that the right lawyer makes a difference.
